YAC’s mission is to implement programs, projects, products and services to transform both social and economic conditions in socioeconomically deprived communities throughout the Chicago-Cook Area. YAC endeavors to promote stable people and communities, by taking a holistic approach to human development. We accomplish our goals by offering training, financial literacy classes, employment, housing, legal and business development assistance and other supportive services to our clients.

We have noticed that workers are no longer remaining employed at the same company, until the age of retirement. Therefore, we have focused on helping our clients create new strategies for long-term employment. Through our Business Incubator Program, we can help our clients blaze new trails for long-term stability.
